Gaming 2013

in gaming this semester I’ve learnt alot of new things with gaming. I’ve learnt how to use kodu and program my own games. it sucks how I don’t get to do it next year in year 11 and expand my knowledge It was a fun semester

Grand theft auto 5

Grand Theft Auto 5 to me is going to be the best game of the year because

  • it is the most anticipated game of all time
  • it has been in the making for 6 years
  • they spent $275 million to produce the game itself
  • the graphics are state of the art
  • there are so many character customizations you can do as well as customizing cars
  • the map combines three of their past games into one (which is BIG)
  • I can play from three characters and choose what I want them to do at that moment.
  • online multi player consist of 500 missions (looking forward to playing with friends)

One of my school friend’s mother is picking up my game today and I have to wait until tomorrow when I get to school, then another 7 hours until I get home to play it on my xbox 360. I cannot wait!

First, I will look for Grove Street in the game because it will bring back childhood memories of playing San Andreas when I was a child. I really enjoyed that game too. I shall check around and see what has changed and what has been added on. That should take me approximately a day of searching using the map and flying around.

The three characters  collaborate together to make and pull off massive bank  heists just to make money. On the weekend I will be just bulk playing. Many of my school friends are also buying the game.

work experience

i did work experience at c&j engineering supplies in Hamilton. i got to fix tools, make a welding bench and sign frame for there tent at sheepvention.  i did other jobs like sweeping the floors, stock take and serving people. it was good and i enjoyed it and the pay.

My Home-made sound system

I made this sound system in systems engineering and wood work. i made the box in wood work and did all the wiring and that in systems. I bought everything in the box but took the sub and amp out of dads car. i paid for everything and it cost up to $360 without the sub and amp. it took me a while to make but i finally finished it and I’m happy on how it turned out.
